Maryam Rajavi's Ten Point Plan for Future Iran

In a meeting at the Council of Europe in April 2006, Maryam Rajavi, President-elect of the Iranian Resistance, elaborated on the movement's vision for a future Iran:

1. In our view, the ballot box is the only criterion for legitimacy. Accordingly, we seek a republic based on universal suffrage.
2. We want a pluralist system, freedom of parties and assembly. We respect all individual freedoms in tomorrow's free Iran. We underscore complete freedom of expression and of the media and unconditional access by all to the                                                                                     .
3. We support and are committed to the abolition of death penalty.
4. The Iranian Resistance is committed to the separation of Religion and State. Any form of discrimination against the followers of any religion and denomination will be prohibited.
5. We believe in complete gender equality in political, social and economic arenas. We are also committed to equal participation of women in political leadership. Any form of discrimination against women will be abolished. They will enjoy the right to freely choose their clothing. They are free in marriage, divorce, education and employment.
6. We believe in the rule of law and justice. We want to set up a modern judicial system based on the principles of presumption of innocence, the right to defense, effective judicial protection and the right to be tried in a public court. We also seek the total independence of judges. The mullahs’ Sharia law will be abolished.
7. We are committed to the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, and international covenant and conventions, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the Convention against Torture, and the Convention on the Elimination of all Forms of Discrimination against Women. .
We are committed to the equality of all nationalities. We underscore the plan for the autonomy of Iranian Kurdistan, adopted by the National Council of Resistance of Iran. The language and culture of our compatriots from whatever nationality, are among our nation’s human resources and must spread and be promulgated in tomorrow’s Iran.
8. We recognize private property, private investment and the market economy. All Iranian people must enjoy equal opportunity in employment and in business ventures. We will protect and revitalize the environment.
9. Our foreign policy will be based on peaceful coexistence, international and regional peace and cooperation, as well as respect for the United Nations Charter.
10. We want a non-nuclear Iran, free of weapons of mass destruction.

Lord Carlile supports the Iranian people's desire for change and endorses their struggle for a free Iran

Lord Carlile in his article published by Huffington post said :
On June 13, the National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI) will hold its annual Paris rally in support of the Iranian people's democratic aspirations, and in support of the political opposition to Iran's religious dictatorship. Attendance at last year's massive event was in the tens of thousands,, comprising Iranian expatriates, international activists, and political figures from five continents, including members of Parliament from the UK, France, and Germany. The international participants are politically diverse, representing cross party panellists often diametrically opposed on most other political issues but united in the fundamental cause of Iranian freedom. The event stands each year as a unique declaration of unity of purpose in confronting the Iranian regime, not least on its ongoing human rights abuses, its repression of political dissent, and its intrinsic resistance to internal moderation.

He also urged European Union powers negotiating with Iran to put their own political disagreements aside so the Iranians cannot seize on them for their own advantage in the P5+1 nuclear talks.

We can build the new Iran

The claim of “no-alternative to the regime” was again used by the regime’s propagandists.
But a massive rally in Paris organize  by the National Council of the Iranian Resistance (NCRI) proved just the opposite every year. It draw close to more than100, 000 Iranians from around the world and included the participation of prominent public figures from the United States, Europe and the Middle East.
In her speech to the world, thanks to a powerful organization of the event, the leader of the Iranian Resistance, Ms. Maryam Rajavi, reminded those listening that an alternative to the Islamic Republic regime exists on the political map.
The June 2014 Paris rally demonstrated that political opposition to the regime is as strong as it has ever been. More international politicians than ever before, from all along the ideological spectrum, expressed solidarity with the MEK-led movement in exile. The high level of participation by Iranian youth and women provided further evidence that the spirit of the opposition has consolidated and has grown more abiding.

Nuclear talks with the Godfather of fundamentalism is useless

Today all over the world are following the rejection of the atomic bomb.
But the Iranian regime is trying to achieve the atomic bomb as soon as possible.

Kerry and Mohammad Javad Zarif launched the new phase of the nuclear deal in the Swiss city of Geneva, where they and western powers sealed the broad outlines of a deal in April.

Kerry and Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif met in the Swiss city of Geneva, where they and western powers sealed the broad outlines of a deal in April.
U.S. officials said they expect the weeks leading to a June 30 deadline to be 'intense,' and they vowed to 'keep the pressure on' to force the Iranians to make the 'tough decisions' needed to put a nuclear bomb beyond Iran’s reach.
'You’ll see it escalate at the political level,' a senior State Department official said, predicting an 'intense month.'
'Kerry will stress to Zarif the importance of granting access for inspections,' a western diplomat said...
This is absurd. Mullahs misuse nuclear negotiation. It gives mullahs the opportunity of gaining NUK bomb. The new divulged of the Iranian resistance prove it as well.
WASHINGTON - May 29, 2015 - An Iran ian dissident group said Thursday a delegation of North Korean nuclear weapons experts was in Iran in April visiting a heavily guarded secret military site, presumed to be a nuclear weapons development facility.
The National Council of Resistance of Iran (NCRI), which exposed the existence of a key Iranian nuclear weapons facility in 2002 and significant, illicit Iranian nuclear weapons developments since then, said this was the third visit to Iran in 2015 by a North Korean delegation.
Also, citing confidential information from sources inside Iran’s Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC), the Ministry of Defense (MoD), research and aerospace agencies, NCRI said in a statement another group of North Korean nuclear weapons’ experts is expected to return to Iran in June…
At the hearing by Subcommittee on Terrorism, non-Proliferation and Trade U.S. House of Representatives - Foreign Affairs Committee, Mrs. Rajavi emphasized: ‘We said the mullahs sought to obtain nuclear weapons to export fundamentalism and guarantee their own existence.’
Mullahs in Iran are the Godfather of fundamentalism. We can and we must over throw them. We can and we must to have a democratic and non-nuclear country.
The upcoming grand gathering on June 13, 2015 in Villepinte-Paris is the opportunity to unite against the Islamic fundamentalist and terrorism.

Mayor Rudy Giuliani: "there is an alternative that stands for non-nuclear Iran …"

Rudy Giuliani, former Mayor of New York & US Presidential Candidate: "In Egypt and Libya, the alternative to regime change was not clear. In Syria because of our doddering and our inability to make decision to regime change, the alternative in Syria became very difficult. And now we have let the same thing happen in Iraq, by failing to act early enough in getting rid of Maliki. But the regime change in Iran is easy. There is an alternative. There is an alternative in Iran that stands for democracy, stands for freedom, stands for human rights, stands for the rights of the women, and is led by a woman, and most importantly, at this time in our history, it stands for a non-nuclear Iran, that is of course the MEK and Madame Rajavi..."

Upcoming events on June 13th - Join us...

Regime Change in Iran, We can and we must”
United against Islamic fundamentalism and terrorism
These are slogans of the annually grand gathering in Paris.
Grand Gathering of Iranian communities and their supporters world over to discuss the solution to Iranian regime's egregious polices and the epicenter of Islamic extremism in Iran and the entire region.
We ask all persons who are concerned about those issues to join us in Paris on June 13.
The Middle East is in state of peril and chaos that is unprecedented in recent history. There are wars raging in Iraq, Syria, and Yemen, and these are increasingly taking on the appearance of one overarching sectarian conflict.
Islamic fundamentalism is growing on both sides of this divide, becoming more than an isolated geopolitical concern and leaving the West struggling to understand how to prevent it from threatening the very heart of modern, democratic societies.

Regime fear because of unrests in Iran

A few days after the uprising of the people in city of Mahabad (northwestern Iran) and while the Kurdish cities were restive, last Friday, we had another protest move against the dictatorship in Iran by the youth attending a soccer match.
No wonder that Iranian regime leaders (Khamenei and Rouhani) were warning of the explosive state of the society, especially the youth in Iran. Regime’s president Hassan Rouhani said, “We should be very watchful about the youth… our young generation is in a special situation”.
The supreme leader also said, “Today, the youth in our country are threatened by dangerous mentalities”. In another instant he warned: “The security forces need to have contingency plans for different levels of security conditions and they should be able to confront it.”
The Iranian people, especially the youth and women, are fed up with suppression in mullahs’ regime and this tyranny is quickly moving toward its demise. Following the uprising in Mahabad on May 8, we saw that the announcement of a tampered soccer match result in Tabriz on May 15 quickly turned into a revolt that disrupted the order in this city with a similar incident in Tehran on that same day. We had the youth clash with the security forces.

Iran: flogging a man in public

Flogging is one of the most inhuman punishments by the criminal regime in Iran.
The sentence carried on Monday at 9:00am in a crowded street of Karaj, central Iran for an alleged offence of 'disturbing public order and mischief.' The victim was identified as Kamran Jamalzadeh.
He had been sentenced to one year in prison and exile.
Public floggings have soared in Iran in recent weeks in a bid to spread fear amongst the country’s youth and suppress to prevent public expression of dissent. It's important to know that the real number of floggings in Iran is much higher than officially announced.

We can and we must change regime in Iran

This is the Slogan of the upcoming gathering in Paris on June 13, 2015 in Villepinte.
Grand gathering of Iranian communities and their supporter’s world over to discuss the solution to Iranian regime's egregious polices as the epicenter of Islamic extremism in Iran and in the entire region. We urge all persons who are concerned about those issues to join us at June 13, 2015 in Paris.
This gathering is a global campaign by Iranians and their supporters from all walks of life.  The problems and issues addressed by that campaign are not localized to Iran but address the entire crisis in the region, and the Western policies that may address it.

Solidarity with great gathering at June 13, 2015 in Villepinte Paris

The goal of this worldwide conference for a free Iran, is to protect the human rights of the people in this country, the abolishment of the death penalty, and the protection of opposition parties, political activists and religious and ethnic minorities, including Christians, Jews and Baha’is. The rule in Iran is: anyone with different views than those who are in power has to be oppressed in the most awful ways.

Obama: Iran is a ‘state sponsor of terror’

Gulf countries are right to be concerned about Iran as a “state sponsor of terrorism,” U.S. President Barack #Obama said on Wednesday, talking exclusively to #Asharq al-Awsat, which marks his first ever interview with an Arab newspaper.

“#Iran clearly engages in dangerous and destabilizing behavior in different countries across the region. Iran is a state sponsor of terrorism. It helps prop up the Assad regime in Syria. It supports Hezbollah in Lebanon and Hamas in the Gaza Strip. It aids the Houthi rebels in Yemen. So countries in the region are right to be deeply concerned about Iran’s activities, especially its support for violent proxies inside the borders of other nations,” Obama told the newspaper.
